Bojan - The little Master

Bojan Krkic's first goal in the Camp Nou against Recreativo last weekend was the culmination of a dream that the youngster first revealed to Barca TV in 2001.

Six years ago, the striker talked about his dream of making his first-team debut for the club, his first start in the side and his first goal in Camp Nou, and this season has seen all those hopes and wishes finally come true.

First interview with Barca TV

In May 2001, aged ten years old, Bojan had already played for two years with Barca junior sides. He was already showing real potential under the guidance of coach Carles Romagosa and had clear ideas about his future.

"I am a centre forward and think that I am quick," he said back then. "I can dribble, have a good shot and can score goals. But there still many years to go before I reach the top, but I think if I continue like this I will be a great player, although I cannot think too much about this or talk to my teammates about it or it may not happen."
